Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Sealed tobacco products cannot be returned once opened, for health and hygiene reasons
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs, at no additional charge to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us straight away. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and organise collection of the incorrect item at our expense.

Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this returns policy.
