UK Delivery

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the United Kingdom on all TEREA and heated tobacco products.

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days — Free on orders over £30
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — £4.99
• Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery — £6.99

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm are typically processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Partner

We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your orders. Once dispatched, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Age Verification

As we sell tobacco products, proof of age may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the parcel. Orders cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour without age verification.
